Less than two weeks after the French Olympic Week in Hyères, in which they ended in 7th place (and 1st French crew), Camille Lecointre and Jérémie Mion finished the European Championship in 4th place, after winning the Medal race. 👏👏
“Of course we regret the few points we lost during the week but we never gave up. The conditions were so typical, more favourable to the heavy crews, we will have to progress in these conditions and it is rather positive. We are quite stable and versatile and finish at the foot of the podium. But we have to be realistic, we have made progress,” said Camille Lecointre. 👊🏻

After a week’s break, Camille and Jérémie will resume training in Marseille with the French and foreign crews until the Test Event on 7 July. 🔥⛵
